Marcus & Akilah Smith are expecting a little girl in July! As many of you know, Akilah has been on bed rest for much of her pregnancy, and is unable to be present for a physical baby shower. We want to shower Akilah & baby girl with gifts & encouragement by hosting a “drop-in” shower. Sunday, June 18th and Sunday, June 25th, we will have a small corner outside the Adult Sunday School room decorated. You can come by the designated area directly following the morning service and drop off a gift for Akilah. The Smith family is still getting to know everyone, so we’ll have a photo booth set up to take pictures of each person to pass along to the family to offer encouragement & support.
