Dean Chollar is the founder and CEO of CrossWay International, which was founded in March of 1997. Dean has been blind since 2003 because of a hereditary disease. He travels extensively in the US, and to over 50 countries to develop and oversee their ministries. In the past few years, Crossway International has drilled 24 water wells in Africa and Central America, started 3 schools in Sudan, Ethiopia, and Liberia, and helped support orphans and needy children in Kenya, Ethiopia, Liberia, and Nicaragua.
